- All purchases are final. Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect selection.
- Discounts, promotions, and coupon code campaigns are not available in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
- Prices are subject to change without notice and include GST (Goods and Services Tax) where applicable.
- Offers are only redeemable online and require the applicable coupon code to be entered at checkout unless otherwise stated.
Refunds and Returns
- In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, we will provide a refund or replacement if goods are found to be damaged, faulty, or significantly different from their description.
- Proof of purchase is required for all refund or return claims.
- Please inspect your items upon receipt, and contact us within a reasonable timeframe if there are any issues. Claims for damaged or faulty items must be made as soon as possible after delivery.
Coupon Code Campaigns and Discounts
- All purchases made during coupon code campaigns or with discounts applied are final.
- Coupon codes must be entered at the time of checkout to redeem the offer. Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to completed purchases.
- Coupon code campaigns or discounts are not available in conjunction with any other offer.
Book Packs and Marked Down Products
- All purchases of book packs and marked down products are final. No refunds or exchanges will be offered for change of mind or incorrect selection.
- Prices for marked down products have already been adjusted, and no additional coupon code is required.
Delivery and Ownership
- Ownership of goods passes to the customer upon full payment and successful delivery. Pascal Press is not responsible for the loss or theft of items once a delivery has been successfully completed by the courier.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as courier issues or unforeseen events. However, we will assist in resolving any delivery-related concerns prior to the point of successful delivery.
