How do I view my order status?

Once you are logged into your account, view your Account Details, and on your left-hand side click on Order History.

How do I reset my password?

If you have forgotten your password and would like to reset it, visit the Sign In page, click Forgot Your Password?, and follow the prompts.

To change your current password within your account:
  • Sign In to your account. 
  • View your Account Details
  • Under Personal Information, click Edit Details
  • Type your current password
  • Type your new password
  • Click Save Details
  • Why can't I log into my account?

    You may not be able to log in to your account due to one of the following reasons:
    • You have an account but do not have a password. 
    • You have entered the wrong password. 
    • The account does not exist or is incorrect.

    Why is the website not loading properly?

    When you use a web browser, like Google Chrome, it saves some information from websites in its cache and cookies. Clearing cache and cookies fixes problems, like loading or format difficulties on websites.

    Making an Online Purchase

    How can I make an online purchase?

    To make an online purchase, simply:
  • Hover your mouse or click on the image of the product you would like to purchase.
  • Click the Add To Cart button.
  • Once you have added all products into the cart, click on your cart (top right-hand corner).
  • Enter your Coupon Code (if applicable).
  • Click the Chekout button and follow the prompts.
  • Once you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. If you do not receive your confirmation email, please check your email junk folder, or Contact Us for further assistance.

    How do I use the Coupon Code?

    As mentioned in the question How can I make an online purchase?, you enter the Coupon Code (if applicable), when you are viewing your cart, and are ready to checkout.

    To view your cart, click on the cart image (top right-hand corner).

    Please note: Only 1 Coupon Code can be applied per purchase. Refer to the terms and conditions of the Coupon Code before use.

    Why doesn’t my Coupon Code work?

    Please check the following, when applying a Coupon Code at checkout:
  • The code exists and has been spelled correctly. Coupon codes are case-sensitive.
  • The coupon code is live and has not expired (refer to terms and conditions for expiry date).
  • The item(s) in your cart match the Coupon Codes terms and conditions. Coupon Codes may only discount specific brand(s) or product(s).

    How can I edit my order?

    Once you have placed an order, you cannot manually change details within your account.

    If you require your delivery address changed for the order or require changes on the product(s) you have selected, please Contact Customer Service.

    Please note: If you wish to change the delivery address or cancel item(s) after the order has been shipped, you may be charged any delivery costs for the returned items.

    What if product is out of stock?

    Please follow these steps when a product is out of stock:

  • Click on the product you want to purchase.
  • A pop-up notification will appear telling you the product is currently out of stock.
  • Enter your email address into the box within the pop-up notification.
  • Wait patiently for a Pascal Press email, notifying you that the product is back in stock.
  • How do I use the Wishlist feature?

    Please follow these steps to create a Wishlist:

  • Click on the product you want to Wishlist.
  • Click on the Wishlist button, next to the add to cart button.
  • Click create new Wishlist and follow the prompts, or select a Wishlist that you have already created.
  • Can I price match / receive a partial refund, if an item goes on sale after I’ve made an order?

    We do not price match and will not offer partial refunds to customers that have bought a product(s) outside the dates, stated in the sales terms and conditions.

    How much is shipping?

    We offer standard freight of $7.95 for web orders of physical books within Australia (or to Australian addresses).

    We can ship to any address in the world, however please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

    International orders incur a postage and handling fee based on the destination and weight of the package.

    For International Orders, please complete your order as normal, supplying us with your delivery details including destination country, and a Customer Service Representative will contact you via email with a quote.

    How do I track my delivery?

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email, which includes the products you purchased, the delivery address, your tracking number, with information on how to track your order.

    Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to be and leave the dispatch depot.

    What are your return policies?

    Please choose carefully as we do not offer a refund or exchange on books purchased if you simply change your mind or select the wrong product.

    We will replace or refund if the book you purchased from us is lost or damaged in transit, is faulty, or is significantly different to the one shown on the website.
