Pascal Press Monthly $250 Survey Competition – Terms and Conditions (One-Off Competition)
Promoter: Pascal Press Pty Ltd (ABN 27 003 848 628) of Level 1, 655 Parramatta Road, Leichhardt NSW 2040, Australia (“Promoter”).

1. Eligibility
- Entry is open to Pascal Press customers worldwide who are aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
- For the purpose of this promotion, a “customer” means any person who has purchased, used, or accessed Pascal Press products or services.
- Entrants under 18 may only participate with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. If selected as the winner, the prize will be awarded to the parent/guardian on the entrant’s behalf. cdn.campaigns.wmgconnect.com
- Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, and any agencies or contractors associated with this promotion, are not eligible to enter.
2. Competition Period
- This is a one-off competiition.
- The competition opens 12:00am AEDT/AEST on 1 January 2026 and closes 11:59pm AEDT/AEST on 28 February 2026 (Competition Period).
- Entries received outside the Competition Period will not be eligible.
3. How to Enter
To enter, an eligible entrant must, during the Competition Period:
a) complete the full Pascal Press Monthly Survey; and
b) opt in to the competition by selecting “Yes” to enter and providing a valid email address.
- Limit of one (1) entry per person for the duration of the Promotion Period.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including identity, age, and eligibility).
4. Prize
- There will be one (1) winner.
- The prize is a $250 Pascal Press voucher (AUD) redeemable only at pascalpress.com.au.
- The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue, is not transferable, and is not redeemable for cash.
- Any additional costs associated with redeeming the voucher (including delivery/shipping fees, taxes, or currency conversion fees if applicable) are the responsibility of the winner.
- If the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law.
5. Judging (Game of Skill)
- This promotion is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner.
- All eligible entries will be judged by a panel appointed by the Promoter.
- Entries will be judged on the quality and usefulness of feedback, including:
- clarity and detail;
- constructiveness and practicality of suggestions;
- relevance to Pascal Press products, services, or customer experience;
- originality and insight.
- The entry judged to be the best according to these criteria will be deemed the winner.
- Pascal Press’s decision is final.
6. Winner Notification
- Judging will take place within 7 business days after the Competition Period ends.
- The winner will be notified via the email address supplied in their entry within 2 business days of judging.
- If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, Pascal Press may award the prize to the next best entry, as determined by the judging panel.
7. Use of Feedback & Intellectual Property
- By submitting survey responses, entrants grant Pascal Press a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and communicate their feedback for research, product development, service improvement, and marketing purposes.
- If an entrant separately consents to being quoted, Pascal Press may publish the entrant’s first name and feedback excerpt on its website, social media, or promotional materials.
8. Privacy
- The Promoter will collect and handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.
- Personal information will be used to:
- administer the survey and this promotion;
- contact the winner; and
- conduct internal research and analysis.
- Unless an entrant has opted in to marketing separately, their details will not be added to marketing lists. Entrants can opt out of marketing at any time.
9. Verification and Disqualification
- Pascal Press may disqualify any entry that is incomplete, indecipherable, offensive, misleading, fraudulent, or submitted in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
- Pascal Press may request proof of eligibility and may refuse to award the prize if such proof is not provided within a reasonable time.
10. Liability
- Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any rights a consumer may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.
- Subject to applicable law, Pascal Press is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of entering or winning, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
11. Changes and Termination
If for any reason the promotion is not capable of running as planned (including tampering, technical failures, or causes beyond Pascal Press's control), Pascal Press may modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion, subject to applicable law.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.
