Your HSC Biology exam is on Wednesday 21 October 2026. It is designed to transform how you prepare, not by adding more content to memorise, but by teaching you to think and write like a Band 6 student.

The HSC Biology exam is 100 marks across two sections: 20 multiple-choice questions worth 1 mark each (Section I), and a range of short-answer and extended-response questions worth up to 9 marks each (Section II). All four modules (Heredity, Genetic Change, Infectious Disease, and Non-Infectious Disease and Disorders) can be assessed in any part of the exam.
